I am glad to have an opportunity to talk to you.

I had always been an Art student. And the love for photography evolved when I was a kid with my interest in the quality of the specific photo print laid out in the photo album. And that was the spark that ignited the curious flame that has since then not blown away.

Since then I had been photographing! Firstly, with my Panasonic "point and shoot" camera during my childhood...Yes did I mention "point and shoot reel camera"?...Yes I did. It was really fun photographing the bride very amateurishly but reflected good poses.

With the passage of time, I started taking commissions. And my work became my full time "look- after child" whom I started raising and I have seen it thrive ever since!

In the meantime, my interest also generated in Arabic Calligraphy which gradually led me to explore and study Islamic patterns. This field attracted me to explore more painting techniques and learn more from my mentors and fellow artists.

I am also an Art teacher and I am happy that I am utilizing my time in a healthy way and promoting self-growth! I take prestige in teaching the confidence to elementary kids that they can create anything with their little hands. They have all the power and its their world of imagination where they can make things happen!

A beautiful journey of working with smiling faces and treasuring traditions through my camera's lens have always given me the opportunity to be attached to my client's stories that have led them to celebrate their events. I am truly grateful to my clients who made me the part of their events.My portfolio compromises of Weddings, Events, Professional Portraits, Photo shoots of Families, friends and groups. My work comprises of shoots on location and in-studio.

My initial work revolved around the office job of 9:00am- 5:00pm as a Graphic Designer for a Software house where I gained experience in creating web designs, brand identity and selection of colors. In the later part, I switched to freelancing till this date and currently I freelance for some of my Graphic tasks.

As An Arabic Calligrapher

2015-Present

The need to connect more to God, proved to be my inspiration for creating my work in Islamic Arts through Arabic Calligraphy. My focus has generated towards "Khat Art" and "Thuluth" with pattern creation from the Historic references of the Islamic sites such as existing works in Spain, Morocco and Persia.
