Use of Your Contact Info:

By subscribing to the the option of Newsletter or getting in touch with me through your email/ call/ text, you agree to receive coupons, promotional news and the latest happenings to your email address. Any promotional material can also be sent via text or any feedback can be taken through a phone call. Your personal contact information will not be shared or sold to any third party

Payment:

A down payment of 50% (non-refundable & non-transferrable) is required at the time of booking the project. No photographs/ painting/ artwork can be delivered until all the due payments have been paid in full. Payment for additional images and albums is to be made when they are ordered.

 

Delivery:

At the end of the work delivery (for painting and Photography work), all the data is delivered to the client.

Collection of the Order:

It is recommended that the client picks up the order as soon as it is ready to be delivered in the form of digital or print media. The Expressions Art Studio holds no responsibility for the orders due to be collected or picked up after the month of being available 

 

Copyrights:

The Expressions Art Studio holds the copyrights for all of the data and hence, holds the authority to reproduce as many as times for the purpose of publicity or advertising including any other business requirements such as displays etc.

All my work is under copyright policy and any plagiarism or circulation of the work (which is not paid) accounts for legal actions.

 

Usage by the Client or third-party:

The client is subject to use the photographs & any other artwork for personal use only. The client or the third party does not hold any right to sell or manipulate the work.

 

Social Media/ Marketing/ Promotions:

The Expressions Art Studio holds the right to publish the content on the website, social media and online/print media required for the marketing and promotional purposes.

 

In case of Illness/ Emergency:

A competent photographer shall be compensated in case of my illness. In the case of emergency, the down payment shall be refunded.

 

Complaints:

In case of any complaints, they need to be given in writing within the 2 days of the delivery of the work.

 

Please note the scripts are taken from the Holy Book of Quran and Hadith (sayings of The Last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and are at a merit of all the love and respect.
